This workshop is for those who want to reconnect with the peace and stability that lie beneath life's ups and downs.
Using somatic mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we will explore the possibility of softening our resistance to pain, frustration. and vulnerability by recognizing our innate reassuring, wise and capable presence.
This introductory workshop will include dialogue, individual and group guided explorations.

Experience our innate capacity to be with emotional distress in a way that feels tolerable, empowering and constructive.
Learn how to help our nervous system digest old emotional pains and clarify misunderstandings.
Make contact with aspects of ourselves that have been isolated, protected and excluded from our experience so they can begin to feel safer and less reactive.

Yossi Beeri
This will be a drop in group facilitated offering by Yossi Beeri who supports people in one-on-one sessions. His focus and trainings include Sensory Awareness, Gestalt Awareness Practice, and Internal Family Systems. He spent several years as a staff member at the Esalen Institute where he explored these themes theoretically and experientially.
