Experience the deep sounds of didgeridoos, shamanic drumming, gong, and bowls while being guided through a healing breathwork journey with Kobun and Lana.
Breath of Remembrance™ is a transformational modality of breathing that allows us to access subconscious and intuitive material of our psyche through expanded states of consciousness. By working with this material we can gain awareness, process and heal deep traumas, and remember who we are in our full potential.
Breath of Remembrance originated from Holotropic Breathwork but was re-structured to fit the needs of modern practitioners.
Benefits of Breathwork:
processing stuck emotions & releasing energetic blockages,
receiving personal insights & spiritual guidance,
healing past traumas & addressing depression and anxiety,
deep somatic work and bodywork,
unleashing creative potential & more…
During this workshop, we'll create a safe space for a group journey, provide in-depth guidance to prepare for this journey, and combine live healing sounds and a powerful music set that will guide you to access the expanded states of consciousness through activating your breath, body movement, sound, and energy flow.
