Karen Lehman has performed in local choruses for over 40 years. With her background in vocal music and dance, Karen inspires others to sing and move to live music, sparking joy, empowerment and a sense of bliss. She is a certified dance leader with Dances of Universal Peace and has followed the Sufi path for over 25 years. She also serves as a song leader for “Singing for Your Soul” and Wholehearted Community Song Circles.

The 3rd Wednesday of every month join us for a one-hour dance workout class featuring jazz, funk and soul-style movement.

Class will begin with a warm-up, you will learn basic steps and combinations and we'll put it all together with a choreographed routine.  Please join  for great music and great fun.

Wendy Moro has been dancing since she could walk, preformed with and choreographed for several dance companies in New Jersey, New York, Boston and Vermont. With a full scholarship she studied dance at Skidmore College.

In this guided sound journey you will be invited to rest in savasana (lying down on your back with support under your knees) as the sound waves of alchemy crystal singing bowls, rattles, and chimes wash over and through you.

Working with the laws of resonance and entrainment, you will have the opportunity to experience first hand how the sound of alchemy crystal singing bowls can calm your heart, soothe your nervous system, and align your brainwave patterns to bring forth greater states of peace, focus, joy, and self-mastery.

Come away feeling a renewed sense of serenity, purpose, balance, vision, and well-being. Deva will share a brief history of sound healing and an introduction to the magical world of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls.

Deva Munay, founder of Sacred Sound & Wonder, helps to elevate and uplift lives by providing insight and inspiration through the power of sound. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of health and wellness, has studied in immersive trainings in Sound Therapy and holds a degree in Sound Healing and Therapy from the Globe Institute of Sound & Consciousness. She acquired her first sound healing instruments in 1997 while attending the Dalai Lama’s teachings in McLeod Ganj, India. Many of her techniques have been learned while traveling to Peru, Egypt, India, Nepal, Bali, Thailand, and Central America.

Deva works solely with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, the finest crystal bowls available in the world. She has found using the Alchemy Bowls to be the fastest way to find stillness, inner peace, and harmony in our lives. She uses the power of sound to bring people and groups into deeply healing, restorative, meditative states of being. She loves to co-create sound practices and to help people find their perfect singing bowls for their own homes.

Deva produced and performed in the Overlapping Halos Album and has played with various musicians in diverse venues. She facilitates workshops, retreats, and lectures worldwide. Deva is based in Big Sur and San Francisco, California, USA.
