Enjoy a cOMmUNITY donation based practice.

Grab all the props and drop into a luxurious practice of calming pranayama, guided meditation, and restorative posture.  Learn how to manage your mind with gentle breath techniques, organize your body using a variety of prop set ups, and support the nervous system for longevity and wholeness.

Please wear comfortable clothing, socks, and bring an eye pillow if you have one!

This practice is a cOMmUNITY donation based offering.

This offering is held in the spirit of reciprocity.

A portion of proceeds supports trauma-informed yoga and care in incarcerated spaces through Empathy in Action, extending the practice beyond the studio and into communities where embodied presence and choice are deeply needed.

Danielle Ho is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, with over 20 years as a student and more than a decade of teaching experience. Her work centers on presence, choice, and nervous-system–aware practice, offering yoga as a space for listening rather than performing. Danielle teaches slow, relational classes that integrate accessible movement, rest, reflection, and simple ritual, creating containers where people can reconnect with embodied safety and inner intelligence. She is also CASA volunteer and is engaged in trauma-informed yoga work in incarcerated spaces through partnerships with organizations such as Empathy in Action, extending the practice beyond the mat and into communities where embodied presence and choice are deeply needed.

Novin holds a master’s degree in Health Science from GMU in Virginia and has spent years exploring movement, wellness, and the body’s innate ability to heal. Certified in Pilates and Spin and trained as an Ayurvedic counselor through Kerala Ayurveda, she sought a path that extended beyond physical fitness into deeper restoration and connection. She lived in Germany with her husband for eight years, an experience that shaped her understanding of integrative wellness and holistic healing within European traditions. Her journey led her to yoga, meditation, and ultimately Holosomatic Energy and breathwork training in Europe. She earned her Holosomatic degree in Spain, where her approach fully aligned.

Integrating somatic release, conscious breath, gentle movement, energetic awareness, and Ayurvedic principles, she supports both physical well-being and emotional balance. Today, as a somatic release, energy, and breathwork facilitator, she offers trauma-informed, heart-centered workshops that help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release stored stress, and restore balance in a fast-paced world.

Untethered Tour with Courtney Cole

Join singer-songwriter and recording artist Courtney Cole for a stop on her Untethered Tour, an intimate two-hour evening inspired by her song Untethered, centered around live music, honest storytelling, and space to let go.

Through original songs and the stories behind them, Courtney shares pieces of her own journey in the hope that you might see parts of yours reflected too. Touching on grief, change, uncertainty, and growth, the night offers space to recognize the gratitude that can still exist alongside it all.

The night closes with a 30-45 minute sound immersion using live instruments, voice, and crystal bowls tuned to 528hz and an invitation to breathe, integrate, and release what you don’t need to carry out the door.

Come to listen.
Come to feel.
Come to reconnect with the beauty and wisdom already alive in your own story.

Early Bird $44

Starting April 1st $55

Courtney Cole is a singer-songwriter and recording artist whose music is shaped by a life lived across many chapters, from her New Orleans roots, to years immersed in Nashville’s music industry, to an unexpected turning point that changed everything.

After more than a decade of writing, touring, and sharing stages with some of the biggest names in country music, Courtney found herself at a crossroads, outwardly successful, but pulled by a deeper inner call. That shift was set in motion by a vivid, life-altering dream that marked the beginning of a profound unraveling in her life. What followed was a gradual series of realizations and inner shifts that reshaped her relationship to music, identity, and purpose.

Her songs began to change, her stories deepened, and the questions she was living became the heart of what she now shares through her music and live performances. From that chapter emerged a body of work centered on honesty, release, and growth, including her song Untethered.

That evolution led to her Earthquake EP and a shift in how she records her music, choosing to record in 528Hz for its warmth, resonance, and the way certain frequencies can support a sense of regulation and coherence in the nervous system while listening. Around the same time, her path carried her back and forth to India over several years, where she studied the relationship between sound, awareness, and inner transformation in the Himalayan tradition. Today, she weaves these experiences into intimate live performances that feel less like concerts and more like honest conversations set to music.

Through these music-centered, heartfelt experiences, Courtney invites listeners into reflection and release, creating space to feel, and to discover wisdom and gratitude within their own stories.
