Tibetan Sound Experience with Khalden Kho

Allow the sound of your mind to resonate peace for the New Year!

Enjoy this Tibetan Sound Experience as a ritual of rest and reset. Allow sound to help you regain your ideal vibration, leading to a more balanced state - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Kalden Kho, a traditional Tibetan Sowa, draws on his traditional Tibetan background, using chanting and a variety of traditional Tibetan healing instruments.

Everything in the universe - from subatomic particles to the largest planet - is constantly moving, vibrating. We are no exception. And, like an exquisite musical instrument, when we are “out of tune,” the music of our life is not harmonious. Rest, resonate, and cultivate a wave of harmony, love and kindness together.

Kalden Kho : Originally from eastern Tibet, Kalden Kho, a Tibeten Sowa, brings a wealth of Tibetan cultural and spiritual background to his sound work, breath work and astrology offerings. He became a monk at the age of 5 and continued his monastic studies until the age of 23, when he completed a three year retreat. He subsequently escaped to India in the winter of 2000 and joined his Tibetan community in exile, under His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. He moved to the U.S. 10 years ago. Throughout his journeys across the U.S, he has come to meet people from all walks of life. He has discovered that people more and more are seeking connection and a sense of serenity as a way to offset the stress and isolation of modern lifestyles. Despite missing his home and the deep sense of community that flourished in his country of birth, Kalden’s wish is to use his talents to create something of similar value here. He seeks to provide an experience that reflects the qualities of Tibetan cultural tradition, while also forging an innovative path forward.

Sacred Circle of Sound, Prayer & Presence with Deva Munay & Krystle Konikowski

Experience a Sacred Circle of Sound, Prayer & Presence for Edwin Huizinga, the Leo Full Moon and Imbolc.

An intimate 90-minute healing journey woven with Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Spinal Release Yoga & Yoga Nidra.

What We’ll Share:

Enjoy an integrated journey of Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls with Deva woven with Spinal Release Yoga & Yoga Nidra guided by Krystle. This is a vibrational alchemy of sound, gentle therapeutic movement and deep restorative rest where the body remembers how to heal.

We gather on the Leo Full Moon and Eve of Imbolc—a potent portal of light emerging from darkness, perfect for prayers of strength, restoration, and radiant healing.

Our beloved friend and musician Edwin Huizinga is walking a profound healing path through Stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma and six months of chemotherapy. We gather to offer what cannot be measured in dollars: the power of collective prayer, presence, and vibrational medicine.

While we gather to hold Edwin in prayer as he walks this healing path, we honor that the medicine of sound, presence, and collective love flows through and beyond us—touching all who enter this circle, and all who need healing in this moment.

This is for those who: Love Edwin and want to hold him in prayer • Community and energetic support for those who have been personally been effected or a beloved has from illness • Believe in the power of sound and collective intention • Know that presence is medicine • Want to be part of a healing wave that ripples beyond what we can see.

Hermine Kraft was born and raised in Sweden. At 26, her skydiving journey brought her to California for what was meant to be two short weeks—but the beauty of the land captured her heart, and she made it her home. A year later, she discovered Ayurveda in Sebastopol and has been deeply immersed in the worlds of yoga, wellness, and the science of life ever since.

After 18 years as a professional skydiver and two world records, Hermine now lives with her husband and two young sons on a small horse ranch in Carmel Valley, where they homeschool and live close to nature. She shares her days with six beloved horses, whose gentle spirits continually remind her of the sacred bond between humans, animals, and God. Rooted in faith and community, Hermine finds joy in prayer, connection, and guiding others toward balance through Ayurveda and the union of body, mind, and spirit.
