A gentle space to soften, listen, and reconnect.
As we move through winter — a season of quiet restoration, deep roots, and inner tending — we’re invited to slow down and listen for what is truly onward-leading in our lives. This workshop honors that seasonal rhythm and supports the inner clarity that arises when everything grows a little more still.
Through the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, we’ll settle into long, supported postures that ease tension and soothe the nervous system. From this softer, more spacious place, you’ll be guided to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and tenderness: noticing what wants to be acknowledged, what is ready to be released, and what intentions feel genuinely supportive of the life you are moving toward.
Together, we’ll explore the art of nourishing intentions — not as goals or tasks, but as subtle, heartfelt directions that grow naturally when met with presence, breath, and wise attention. Winter itself will be our ally, offering its quiet wisdom of incubation, renewal, and the patient tending of seeds beneath the surface. You’ll leave feeling restored, centered, and gently aligned with what matters most in this moment of your unfolding.
