This sound-bath is my gift to our community of pregnant Momma’s, it is especially meaningful to me, because I am due to have my third baby this July 29th.  

This is a sacred offering I feel called to share.  

Please relax with a blanket and pillow under your head and between your legs and breathe into surrendering.  Giving birth in its complexity is about surrendering into your body, which knows exactly what to do, surrendering to a higher knowing, a higher power.  

Let’s join together and celebrate how phenomenal we are, while letting go and allowing our heart to lead.  All feelings welcome.

Eva Augustina Sinotte, is a renaissance woman: Mom, artist, children’s book author, sound healer, Yogi, actor, acting coach, and avid mover and shaker.  Eva resides in Carmel-By-The-Sea, where she was born and raised.  With a Bachelor of Fine Art in acting from The California Institute of The Arts, studying: movement, Tai Chi, Yoga, Vocal training, sound healing, there, in LA and growing up around Big Sur, she has curated a flow of these elements into her classes.  She aspires to bring our beautiful and rugged coastline into all of her art, inspiring the acceptance of truth and its freedom.  Art is everywhere, let’s honor all sides of ourselves and our own internal art, into rippling thriving energy.  We are the music makers and the dreamers of dreams.  Thank you.
