Join us for a demo experience, a transformative breath work is a trauma-informed, integrative method that combines multiple breath work lineages with somatic and energy work, grounded in both science and ancient wisdom, to guide the whole person safely back to themselves.

During this session, Novin and Brad will guide you through three core stages of the process:

Reset and release accumulated stress and tension, allowing your nervous system and body to settle and open.

Activate and awaken your natural life force and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body.

Expand and explore expanded states of awareness that may support emotional release, integration, and a deeper connection with yourself.

What to Bring

  • A blindfold, scarf, head band, or eye mask

If you have been feeling called to reconnect with yourself to move, breathe, and release this could be a beautiful opportunity.

Novin holds a master’s degree in Health Science from GMU in Virginia and has spent years exploring movement, wellness, and the body’s innate ability to heal. Certified in Pilates and Spin and trained as an Ayurvedic counselor through Kerala Ayurveda, she sought a path that extended beyond physical fitness into deeper restoration and connection. She lived in Germany with her husband for eight years, an experience that shaped her understanding of integrative wellness and holistic healing within European traditions. Her journey led her to yoga, meditation, and ultimately Holosomatic Energy and breathwork training in Europe. She earned her Holosomatic degree in Spain, where her approach fully aligned.

Integrating somatic release, conscious breath, gentle movement, energetic awareness, and Ayurvedic principles, she supports both physical well-being and emotional balance. Today, as a somatic release, energy, and breathwork facilitator, she offers trauma-informed, heart-centered workshops that help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release stored stress, and restore balance in a fast-paced world.
