This all-levels yoga offering invites participants into a supportive space to explore and embody the personal values most meaningful in their lives.
Grounded in the Eight- Limb Path of Ashtanga Yoga, the practice creates opportunities to reflect on familiar patterns, clarify emerging values, and translate insight into intentional action.
Through movement, gentle asana, mindfulness, and self-inquiry, participants will experience yoga as a living practice—one that extends beyond the mat and into a more conscious, values-aligned way of being.
Early Bird $40 / Starting Oct 1st $50
